Challenge: Joanne wasn't happy with the messaging on her existing site -she felt it did not truely convey what she offered. She commissioned me to get an understanding of her voice and message, so that I could rewrite it in a way that reflected her own authentic voice and offering and would appeal directly to her ideal clients.
